I have all my pipe cut now and 8 out of the 12 pipes totally installed, with just a few in need of fine tuning. I am short 8 90 degree elbows right now, but I'll pick up some tomorrow and finish the instrument. I've changed my note setup from the somewhat arbitrary setup I had before (changes listed below). The notes are now chromatically ascending for the time being, but I'll most likely be moving them around a bit.

I have an initial note setup now. I chose to go with only a 12-note setup due to time and funds, instead of the standard 24-note setup that Blue Man Group uses. Today I plan on cutting and tuning all pipe to put into the frame. I should have a picture up this weekend as well.
